Personal Touch Homecare, LLC was founded in 2007 and has over 15 years of experience in the Home Care Organization industry. Our Staff consists of experienced Nurses (RNs, LVNs). Therapists (PTs, OTs) and Certified Home Care Aides (HCAs) who provide excellent skilled and non-skilled services with professionalism and respect in the privacy of the Client’s home.

Excellent Custodial Care

Personal Touch Homecare coordinates with Case Managers, Discharge Planners and Social Workers to ensure excellent custodial care is provided to our clients. Having the appropriate staff for every level of care means peace of mind for you and your family.

Personal Touch Homecare provides experienced Nurses, Therapists and Home Care Aides (HCA’s) with utmost competence and dedication. We conduct a thorough evaluation and assessment prior to start of care so we can prepare a highly personalized and comprehensive care plan tailored to meet our client’s unique personal needs. After which, we assign the Staff or Home Care Aides that would fit to the need and preference of each client. Depending on your needs, we provide our Staff (RNs, LVNs, PTs, OTs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) on a daily, part-time, intermittent, hourly or shift basis.
